For our Christmas stay in Fukuoka, we had an overall good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a nice touch, and the location was convenient for accessing nearby shopping and attractions. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and on-site parking.
We did have some minor issues with the room layout - the double bed was a bit cramped against the wall, and there were no outlets near the bed for charging devices. while the hotel was in a good location, it was a bit farther from the subway station than we expected.

My partner and I recently had a lovely romantic escape at a hotel in Fukuoka. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable, with free internet and tea service. We also appreciated the convenient location, close to shopping areas and entertainment centers. The hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices for such a lovely experience.
That the hotel was a bit of a walk from the subway station, which made transportation a bit of a challenge. However, this was easily overcome by taking a taxi to the airport. Additionally, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and more well-maintained. Despite this small issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other couples looking for a romantic getaway.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful which made my experience even better. The location was perfect, it was very close to downtown, between two main streets, and only a short walk away from transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was beyond expectations, everything looked brand new! The breakfast was fantastic, with a small but high-quality spread, and it was also very affordable.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, tucked away on a quiet side street between two main streets and conveniently situated between two subway stops. It was a refreshing change to be away from the crowded areas of the city. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The service was impeccable, with attentive and helpful staff like Matsuo san and Chen san. I was pleasantly surprised by the retro feel of the hotel, especially the old-style bar, which added a unique charm to the atmosphere. The rooms were beyond my expectations, exceptionally clean and appeared brand new.
I highly recommend this place to both family and friends.
